Barbara Jean (Barnes) Victor

Barbara Jean Victor, 77, formally of Beltsville, Maryland, passed November 19, 2022. She was born December 28, 1944, in Washington, DC to Earl and Rebecca Barnes. Barbara was a 1963 graduate of High Point High School, Beltsville. Following graduation she accepted a position with the US Department of Customs. She later transferred to the Department of Commerce as an International Trade Specialist. She was a devoted Reskins Fan and never missed a game.
