On Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Carl was born to Durrie Reaves, Sr. and Rosa Lee Boatwright Reaves. He grew up with six brothers and two sisters in a Christian home, in Plant City, Florida. He went on to get his Master's Degree in Chemistry. He served ten years in the US Army. He became the loving husband of Andrea L. Reaves. He worked in the private sector at NIH as a security officer. He was saved. He will be sorely missed.
