Loving husband of 55 years to Bonnie, beloved father of Terry (Brian) Foley and Scott (Nikki) Haines; grandfather of Nick Foley and Amy (Tony) Murray; brother of Beverly (Bob) Grove, David (Delores) Haines and the late Thomas Haines; brother in law of Evelyn Haines; best friend of Colleen Cochran and the late Alfred Cochran. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. US Army, Third Infantry Division, Old Guard and 20 year career with the Metropolitan Police Department Detective Sergeant.
