We are deeply saddened to share that David C. Scott passed away Aug. 5th, 2021 of pneumonia with complications from anemia, and yet we’re joyful that he departed peacefully with his wife Corinne, and three sons Kevin, Chris, and Nathan by his side. David spent six decades in India -- born in Dahanu, attending Woodstock School, and serving four decades with the United Methodist Board of Global Ministries. He was professor of history of religions in theological colleges, chaplain, and a study-center director. He spent his retirement based in Washington, DC and in 2018 moved to Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, Maryland. We’d like no flowers or gifts, but please consider donating to one of the charities from the links below.
