Deborah Marie Turner, 55 passed away on February 13, 2024. Deborah was born in Cheverly, Maryland on November 7, 1968.
She was the youngest of three children born to Matilda and Shelton Turner. She was raised and spent all her life in College Park, Maryland. Growing up she was passionate about her love of ice skating. She participated in lessons and competitions.
She became a young mother to daughters Alexandra and Emily. Fourteen years later, she had her youngest daughter, Madison. Her daughters were everything to her.
Throughout her life, Deborah owned an in-home daycare and later on became a CNA for geriatric patients. She was a creative woman who had lots of dreams. She had a unique style and an eye for design. Deborah had a kind and generous soul. She was a passionate and spunky woman who loved her family and friends. She made friends wherever she went and was kind to strangers. She loved the beach and driving around with the windows open and the wind in her hair. Her family loved her unconditionally. It is her loved one’s hope that she has found peace. Her memory will live on through the spirit of her children and family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Shelton Turner. She is survived by her mother, Matilda Turner. Her siblings, Edwin and Matilda (Robert). Her daughters, Alexandra (Joseph), Emily (John), and Madison. Her grandchildren, Joseph, Luca, John and June.
