Age 77 of Martinsburg, West Virginia; passed away surrounded by his family; Eddie was a loving husband to his wife of 53 years, the late Jean Owens; father to Larry (Ann), Eddie, Jr., Tammy (the late Bob Rosencrance) and Willie (Amanda) Owens; Pop Pop to Jamie (Derek), Samantha, Larry Jr., Jordan, Justin, Delaney and MaKenna; five great grandchildren, his brother, Richard and many more family members; Eddie was a retired painter with the University of Maryland. He enjoyed watching old westerns on TV and when he did vacation, he liked going to the beach. He will be missed by all who loved him.
