Of Washington, DC. Brother of Valerie (Werner) Pauls, Jerome Springmann, Gordon (Kathy) Springmann and the late Geraldine (Fred) Ruleman, Francis (Jessie) Springmann, and Walter Springmann. Son of the late James and Martha Springmann. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held at George Washington Cemetery 9500 Riggs Road, Adelphi, MD on Thursday, July 16 at 12pm.
