Immanuel J. Kolluri, 87, of Culpeper, Virginia, passed away suddenly but peacefully on March 17, 2025, at the University of Virginia Hospital. A celebration of his life will be held on March 28, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Southern Asian Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Born on March 23, 1937, in Nuzvid, Andhra Pradesh, India, Immanuel pursued his education at Spicer Memorial College before embarking on a career as an accountant and purchasing agent in the healthcare industry. He was known for his warmth, humor, and sociable nature, traits that endeared him to everyone he met. Immanuel’s faith in the Lord was the guiding force in his life, and it was most evident in his unwavering love and devotion to his wife, children, and grandchildren. His quick wit, boisterous storytelling, and joyful spirit left a lasting impact on all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evangeline; his sisters, Vinolia and Gladys; and his brothers, Wilson and Arthur Noble. He is survived by his children, Dr. Glenn Kolluri, Gerry Kolluri, and Vassanthi Griffis and husband Mike, as well as his cherished grandchildren, Jesudas, Marie, Vinolia, and Julia. Immanuel will be remembered for his infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering faith. His legacy of love and devotion will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating his life on March 28, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Southern Asian Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
