Jackie Lee Prince Jr.

On Friday January 5, 2024, Jackie Lee Prince, Jr. of Laurel, Maryland

passed away peacefully at the Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Lane.

Jackie was born July 9, 1947, grew up in Beltsville, MD attended

High Point High School.  He joined the US Navy in 1965 where he served

his Country for 8 years. 1965 to 1971 as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate,

1971 to 1973 as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate Aircraft Handler.  He

spent many years as a Purchaser for different companies.

Jackie is Preceded in death by his Father Jackie Lee Prince, Sr. Mother

Ines Moore and Daughter Jessica Lee Firster.  He is survived by his

son Robert Jason Prince, Stepmother Barbara Prince, 3 Sisters

Brenda Prince, Deborah Bassford and Catherine Keppler, 2 Brothers

Dennis Prince (Mary) and Chris Prince (Kelly). Son-in-law Bruce Firster

and 2 Grandchildren Emily and Kyle Firster. Several nieces, nephews,  many cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, 1:00

PM in the historic Chapel at Oak Chapel United Methodist Church

14500 Layhill Road Silver Spring, MD 20906. Reception to follow at

Boyer Hall.
