Jeffrey "Jeff" Robert Mcmillan

Devoted father to Robert William, Jenna Elise, Kyle Evan and Richard Lee. Beloved partner to Amber Litchfield. Loving son to the late Lee Roy and Ruth M. (Saffell) McMillan and dear brother to Susan (John) Davis. Jeff was born on March 20, 1962 in Washington DC. He grew up in Beltsville, attending St. Joseph Catholic School, Dematha and High Point High Schools. Jeff earned an AA degree in applied horticulture from the University of Maryland.  Jeff was an excellent athlete, playing football , basketball and rugby. He enjoyed camping and shared his love of nature and the great outdoors with his children. Jeff started his horticulture career at Behnke Nurseries and extended it to landscaping and environmental installation and inspection. Jeff was a gentle giant, a kind and decent man, loving father, loyal friend always with a helping hand and he will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.
