Jerrod E Coates was a passionate, gifted, and unique world renowned pipe organist. Born in Baltimore, Md to Patricia Coates, Jerrod's first memories of the pipe organ began at Zion Baptist Church. Although Jerrod began his concert and recording career at a young age, it never changed who he was in Christ. Jerrod performed for many notable people during the course of his life such as, Oprah Winfrey, Montel Williams, Vicki Lawrence and Composer/Actor , Mr. Jester Hairston who played Rolly.Forbes from the sitcom Amen. In December 2012, Jerrod married his best friend Schkena-Juleen Snider. The union was truly a match made in heaven. They are the proud parents of a talented daughter named Trinity Coates. Throughout his life and musical career, Jerrod's motto was "To God be the Glory, for the great things He has done".
