Joanne E. Garrison

Joanne Elizabeth Garrison passed away in the early hours of September 19, 2024,

Joanne was born on May 19, 1947, in Washington, DC, to Joseph and Dorothy Monaco. Joanne worked for the federal government and, after retirement, spent the last years of her life with friends at the casino, bingo, and senior club activities. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her much joy, gathering with them often. Joanne also enjoyed taking care of her dog, Benji.

Joanne follows the passing of three of her sisters, Barbara, Sissy and Thelma. Joanne is survived by her sister, Ginger (Carl), son, Charles (Chuck), grandchildren, Ashley (Roberto), Kyle (Michelle), Reece, Paige, Amber (Brendan), great-grandchildren, Dominic, Troy, Jaxon, Nelly.
