Joe McConnell, of Beltsville, MD, passed away peacefully at his home. He is survived by his devoted wife, Roberta, of 58 years, his sister, Betty Lignelli, and his loving Goddaughter, Karen (Collins) Blake and family. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joe was a native Washingtonian and attended St. Martin’s and St. Anthony’s Catholic Schools. He served in the military and worked for the phone company. 

A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 2-4, at Borgwardt Funeral Home in Beltsville, MD.
