Josh Roberts

Born in LaGrange, Georgia, Mr. Roberts joined the Navy as a teenage; during his military career, Josh served as a Yeoman throughout a number of Naval Bases and achieved the rank of Senior Chief before his final discharge. During the time of his service, Josh was continuously recognized by his Supervisors as a leader who was very responsible, reliable and having "a sense of humor and cooperative attitude that lightened the load for all with whom he works"

At the time of his death, Josh was married to Odie Roberts for 47 years.  He leaves behind his sons, Mark, George, and Michael Roberts; daughter, Natalie Danzler; and stepchildren, Ronald Jefferson and Sheryl Jefferson, all of whom his considered his children. As well as two grandchildren, Tanisha Minnis and Rashanda Holbrook; and five great grandchildren, Leyanna, Micayla, Joshua, Charles and Caleif. He is preceded in death by his stepdaughter, Brenda Jefferson.
