He was raised in Beltsville, MD. Beloved son of the late Peter P. Balinovic and Margaret M. Balinovic. Husband of Nancy Balinovic; brother of Robert M. Balinovic ( Marcia), Elizabeth R. Lokey, Teresa A. Marks ( John) and Michaelene Balinovic; uncle Peter, Kevin and Daniel Balinovic, and great uncle of Robert Balinovic. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
