Lillian Antoinette Yanguas

Lillian Yanguas, 91, passed away on July 14 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. Originally from Ansonia, CT, Lillian graduated from Ansonia High School, St. Francis Nursing School in Hartford, and Pace University in NY. For over 40 years she lived in Ardsley, NY, and worked as a hospital charge nurse. She was active in the Ardsley Garden Club, PTA, and Girl Scouts. Lillian is survived by her husband, Alfred, and two daughters, Susan and Lisa Yanguas, of MD. A funeral mass will be held at the Riderwood Village Chapel, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring. In lieu of flowers, those who so desire are encouraged to make a donation to the charity of their choice in Lillian's name.
