Passed away peacefully at his home in Burtonsville, Md. Beloved husband of Patricia Ann Cowan; Cherished brother of Betty Burnett and Alfred Cowan Jr.; Loving father of Denise Kelly, Estella Burnley, Luther Cowan Jr, Pamela Cowan and Phillip Cowan; Stepfather of Patricia Ann Brenneman, John Colonna and Stephen Colonna; Also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Interment, Maryland National Memorial Park, 13300 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, MD.
