Also known to many as Aunt Mary. A longtime resident of Beltsville for 75 years. Mary worked as a newspaper courier in the 1940's and later as a cafeteria worker for the Prince George's County Public Schools. She was a member of the Young at Heart Club and a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church on Prince Georges Avenue and now at their present location on Cedar Lane here in Beltsville. Known for her kind and listening heart of gold, she raised and loved several children as well as her own and loving husband.
