Mary E. (Caldwell) Tschabrunn

Born on May 6, 1941, in Washington, DC. Her family lived in old Greenbelt the majority of her childhood with her adolescent years spent in Berwyn Heights.

Mary graduated from Regina High School in Hyattsville, MD. She continued her education at the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, becoming a teacher in Special Education. After having her daughter, Mary left teaching to focus on being a devoted wife and mother. Later she would be an exceptional, dedicated and caring grandmother to her three grandchildren.

In 1975 Mary met Gary and they were married February 1976. They moved to old Greenbelt where they would live and love until her passing. Mary has always had a deep appreciation for Greenbelt. She was fond of Buddy Attick Lake, Roosevelt Center, Etc. She really enjoyed the Greenbelt "atmosphere". Mary will be remembered for her commitment to God and family, and for the understanding she showed to others.

Mary is survived by her devoted husband, Gary, daughter, Jennifer and grandchildren, Dylan, Paige and Ireti.
