Mary Lou (Bell) Galloway

Mrs. Galloway died at home in Beltsville, MD at the age of 84. She was born in Memphis, TN and relocated to Maryland as a young girl. She was a homemaker and her interests included family, geneology, gardening, art, and reading. She was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church and an active participant in many church organizations throughout the years. Mary Lou is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Donald Galloway, whom she met in 1946 at a church picnic. She is also survived by four children, Stephen Galloway of Sterling, VA, Paul and Douglas Galloway both of Olney, and Kathleen Galloway of Beltsville; a sister Nancy Bell, brother William (Bill) Bell; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mary Lou was the daughter of the late McDuff D. Bell and Leila B. Johnson Bell of Tennessee.
