Rosalinde Bertrande Murray was born on December 21, 1930 on the Island of Curacao, to Daniel Hilary Reid & Eliza Agatha Woods, she was Married to Douglas Murray Sr., till his death in 2003 for a total of fifty five years. The couple immigrated to the United States in 1951, they had four sons, who they raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. Rosalinde was a housewife and loving mother who was devoted to her family and deeply devoted to God. Rosalinde's religious convictions caused her to always treat others as she wished to be treated a lesson she passed on to all her sons, she lived her life as an example for her children constantly sacrificing so they would have what they needed. Rosalinde is survived by her four sons George, Douglas Jr. Cecil, and Frank, her, Son in Law Jason Brown, Daughter In Laws Edith, & Jo Ann, Grand Children Vonetta, and Douglas 3rd, and Great Grand Children Nathaniel, Emma, and Lauren. On this Thanksgiving day God has plucked a rose from his garden to keep for his own. Rest in peace mom, we all love you and will miss you, but our hearts are not broken for you suffer no more and have been reunited with Dad and dwell with the lord now where you will always be safe.
