On Saturday, November 2nd, Sandra Lee Potter, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away at the age of 79.
Sandra was born Sandra Moore on April 8, 1945, in West Baldwin, Maine. She moved to Maryland around 1970 and married her late husband, Robert Potter Sr., in 1975.
Together, Sandra and Robert raised four sons: Scott Cropper, Robert Jr., Timothy Potter, and Christopher Wilson Sr.
Sandra had various occupations throughout the years, including working as a copyist and multiple factory jobs dealing with the creation of soap, ice cream, and assembly line work. She retired early in 1985 to focus on raising her children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Potter Sr.; her father, Wallace; her mother, Hannah; and her sister, Marie and brother, Mooney. She is survived by her five sons, Scott, Wayne, Robert Jr., Timothy, and Christopher Sr.; her siblings, Wayne, Will, Janie, and Linda; her grandchildren, Kylie, Destiny, Lexi, and Emma; and her great-grandson, Christopher Jr.
A private funeral service for Sandra was held on Friday, November 8th, at Columbia Memorial Park in Clarksville. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
