Thomas E. Waggaman, IV was the husband of Ronna Waggaman; brother of Paul (Ann) Waggaman and Maggie (David) Campbell; son of Charmian Waggaman and the late Thomas Waggaman, III. He is survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and very close friends. He was a self-employed welder and plumber.
