Virginia Lorelle (Peel) Bray

Virginia Bray of Beltsville MD for over 55 years died peacefully in her sleep November 28, 2023.  Virginia was born August 21, 1936 in Washington DC., the daughter of Adolph and Virginia Peel.   She is survived by her children Debbie May (Jeff), Brenda Moore, (Jeff), Robert Bray (Jan) and J.T. Bray.  She is also survived by her grandchildren Charlotte Campbell (Josh), Clayton Alexander Moore (Rachel), Aaron May (Caitlin), Hannah Bray and Madison Bray and her great grandson Connor May.

As a devout catholic, she was a member of St. Joseph Church in Beltsville for over 50 years.  Virginia was a homemaker and made everyone comfortable in her home.  She loved gardening, traveling, playing bingo, card games and playing the slot machines at Harrah’s in Atlantic City.  She also loved spending time with her family celebrating many holidays, birthdays and other special events.   She was known as “grandma Snookie” and was a fun, loving grandma.

Virginia was deeply loved and will be missed dearly.
